By accessing and using StockFinn ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service. StockFinn is operated by StockFinn Inc.

2. Description of Service

StockFinn is an AI-powered stock analysis platform that provides:

Real-time stock quotes and historical data
AI-powered investment analysis and recommendations
Portfolio tracking and management tools
Price alerts and watchlists
Developer API for programmatic access

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account
One person may not maintain more than one free account
API keys must be kept confidential and not shared

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Web Platform Plans

• Free: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Learning: $9.99/month with educational features
• Pro: $19.99/month with full access

API Plans

• Free: 1,000 calls/month
• Basic: $49/month - 10,000 calls
• Pro: $199/month - 100,000 calls

Billing Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time
14-day free trial available for new users (no credit card required)

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

• Personal and commercial investment research
• Educational purposes and learning
• Portfolio management and tracking
• Building applications with our API (paid plans)

Prohibited Use

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
• Sharing account credentials or API keys
• Automated scraping without API access
• Redistributing or reselling data without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by StockFinn Inc.
This includes text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated content
Users receive a limited license to use the Service for its intended purpose
Users retain ownership of data they input into the Service
We do not claim ownership of your investment decisions or portfolio data

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service

9. Termination

Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You can export your data before account closure

Termination by StockFinn

We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
Advance notice will be provided when possible

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• StockFinn SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES
• OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE
• WE EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware. Users agree to attempt informal resolution before litigation.
